Honey Lavender Shortbread

Three ingredients plus the garden.

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter softened
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp culinary lavender

Instructions

1. Cream the butter and honey.
2. Work in the flour and lavender.
3. Press into a tart tin and bake at 325°F for 18 minutes.
